Eric Chessler

Eric leads the Soteria Academy with his experience and enthusiasm for the world of firearms. Like many, Eric began his journey into firearms as a hobby shooter. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion that he wanted to share with others. Eric takes every opportunity to expand his knowledge through hands-on training, product testing, publications, and more. He has trained with retired Israeli Special Forces, retired SWAT, active military service members and holds a wear and carry permit (CCW). Eric is also the COO of a private security firm.

Eric combines his personality and knowledge to create a fun and engaging experience while emphasizing safety and sound fundamentals both in the classroom and on the range. All students can expect a fully comprehensive class whether you have a wealth of experience with firearms or are just looking to get your feet wet.
